Return Authorization Page
Thank you for your order and your return/exchange request. We’re sorry to hear your item/s did not work out for you. Please follow these instructions to obtain your refund:
1. Please review the policy here before proceeding.
2. If everything applies, then please print out an invoice from our site frockla.com (or use the one included in the package), all tags must be attached. By sending your return/exchange back you are agreeing to our return/exchange policy.

Do NOT use a method that requires a signature at delivery. We suggest using USPS priority mail (in a flat rate envelope that fits, you can even use the original envelope) it is the most economical and fastest option ($6 USD). We are not liable for lost/stolen/or missed packages. Any items returned that do not follow our return policy are subject to refusal, it is the buyer's responsibility to claim the refused item. Unclaimed items after 45 days will be donated to charity.
4. What Happens Next?
After inspection your refund will be automatically granted in the form of original payment or store credit (depending on the item/s return restriction). This can take several days depending on your banking institution. Please do not contact us asking if the return has been issued, instead please refer to your tracking infomation and your banking institution (and check your emails or spam folder for any communication from us you may have missed). If after 21 days of the item being receieved by our Return Department you do not see any credit or email from us, please contact email@example.com and reference your tracking number as well as order number.
