How Much is shipping?

Shipping varies by weight but typically runs about $8 for our Domestic Standard shipping and $28 for Domestic Express. International rates start at a flat fee of $19 USD for International Economy. Free shipping promotions are redeemable for Domestic Standard shipping only. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and requested a refund, a the initial S&H fees will be deducted from your total refund amount before being credited back to you.

When will i RECEIVE my order?

We ship fast! Our Domestic Standard typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive plus an additional 1-3 business days for handling time (2-6 business days total approximately). Express is also available and takes 1-2 business days to arrive and 1-2 business days to process (2-4 business days approximately). Times can not be guaranteed. FROCK is not responsible for delays in arrival. 

For International orders we offer Economy and Premium shipping. Economy can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on customs in the receiving country. Premium is via Priority International and typically takes 1-2 weeks, again depending on the customs clearance in your country. Tracking is not guaranteed, as not all countries have tracking service. We absorb most if not all of the customs fees, you should pay very little to nothing in duties. 


what are customs and duties?

We are not responsible for any customs or duties you may occur, the charges (if any) are varied by country but typically are very nominal. If you have any special concerns or questions, please send us an email. 

Typically duties and taxes are minimal (if any) since our items are eco-friendly and made in the USA where they ship from we are able to avoid hefty taxes when shipping internationally. 


I'm in LA, can i come in person to pick up my order?

Unfortunately our warehouse is closed to the public and our showroom is industry only. Online is currently the only way to receive your order but we do offer Express shipping for time sensitive events. 



As of 2018 we completely revamped our site and all account prior to 2018 have been deleted. Please open a new account if you'd like to keep track of your order history and credit amounts. Additionally, any associated credits will have to be reapplied by emailing us at with your email address associated with the amount, we will send you a new store credit or gift card as soon as possible.

Our sizing is true to size and our models are typically wearing a size S. Check out our sizing chart here.

can i cancel or change my order?

Changes can be made usually within 3 hours of the order placement by contacting us via email at Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to guarantee any changes to your order will be granted. 


do you make customizations or take custom orders?

Currently we are not taking custom orders or making alterations, which includes changing of the style/color or shortening/lengthening.
